Divine Life Society Sunday School program forms an integral part of childhood spiritual development. Based on the teachings of our Divine Master, Sri Swami Sivananda and Pujya Swami Sahajananda,Divine Life Society of South Africa provides interactive, engaging, age appropriate Sunday School classes that aim to instill strong Hindu values in children by providing them with knowledge on Hinduism through the study of scriptures and other spiritual, social and physical activities. The need to inculcate spiritual knowledge to children, especially during this age of Kali Yuga, is a stepping stone to carry our Masters teachings through to coming generations.
This inaugural Sunday School is thus a gentle introduction to the DLS philosophy of raising Spiritual Darlings who are mentally and spiritually prepared to tackle the pressures of current day society. Parents play a huge role with continued spiritual practices and by educating the family unit together in basic Hindu teachings, the foundation will be provided for continued practice at home.

- Likhit Japa
- Chanting
- Hatha Yoga
- Pranayama
- Meditation
- Use of a spiritual diary
- Values workshop
- Arts and Crafts and fun activities for little ones
